Proof of purchase and a valid credit card are required for the payment of handeling charge of the warranty service.
No need to return the original damaged product to Whitestone.

Whitestone’s warranties apply only to Whitestone-branded products and are subject to the following terms herein. All Whitestone warranties are non-transferable and are only available to the original end-user consumer. To request a replacement product under a warranty policy, you must register your product at Whitestonedome.com and provide proof of purchase. You will also be required to provide a valid credit card number. Once the proof of purchase is provided, you do not need to ship back the original glass product, the replacement product will be shipped right away. Warranties do not apply to products purchased from online vendors unauthorized to sell Whitestone product. Unfortunately our warranty service only cover for the specific area(US/EU) and purchased location.
For device-specific products, Whitestone warrants the product against wear and damage during the lifetime of the device for which the product was purchased. For products that are not device specific, Whitestone warrants the product against wear and damage for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. You must register your product at Whitestonedome.com, provide a valid credit card and return the damaged product. Whitestone, at its option, will either (1) replace the product, or (2) exchange it with a product of equal value. For limited lifetime warranty products, you must provide the purchase proof of original product, and once the replacement request & payment is done, then Whitestone will ship the replacement product to you. There is no need to ship back the original glass back to us.
WHITESTONE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, AND LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS. WHITESTONE’S WARRANTIES DO NOT COVER ANY THIRD-PARTY DEVICES OR THE PERSONAL PROPERTY OF ANY CONSUMER. THESE WARRANTIES DO NOT APPLY TO WHITESTONE SOFTWARE OR TO ANY THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE. ANY ALTERATION, CHANGE, MODIFICATION, OR REPAIR (OTHER THAN REPLACEMENT OF A REPLACEABLE COMPONENT) MADE TO THE PRODUCT BY A PARTY OTHER THAN WHITESTONE OR WHITESTONE’S AUTHORIZED SERVICE PROVIDERS VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES. WHITESTONE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE WARRANTY REPLACEMENT FOR SUSPECTED FRAUD OR ABUSE OF WHITESTONE’S WARRANTY POLICY CONTAINED HEREIN. WHITESTONE’S WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WHITESTONE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF THE LAW PROHIBITS WHITESTONE FROM DISCLAIMING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
WHITESTONE RESELLERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO MODIFY OR EXTEND WHITESTONE’S WARRANTIES. WHITESTONE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE WARRANTY TERMS AND REMEDIES WITHOUT NOTICE.
The benefits conferred by these warranties are in addition to other rights you may have depending on your country, state or province of residence. Furthermore, some countries, states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions or limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. If any provision of these warranties is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect any remaining provisions.
How Do I Request A Warranty For My Product?
We make it simple and easy for you to make a warranty claim for your product. Please click on My Account page to join us and get started.
1. Once logged in, please click on “Register a Product” button as shown in below image.
*Make sure you register a product again each time you need to request a warranty.
2. Click on ‘Request Warranty’ button as shown in the image below for the order that you registered to process the warranty. Click on the check box next to product’s name and then press REQUEST WARRANTY button.
*Make sure the product that is shown below when clicking on the Request Warranty button, is the one that you are going to process the replacement.
3. Fill out for all the requirements: please attach images of the damaged glass and the purchased receipt of the original order. Click on the Submit button then follow the steps and finish with the payment.
**There is no need to ship back your original product.
