Orders received before 12:00 noon PST Monday – Friday should be processed and shipped that day, excluding holidays of course. Weekend orders will be processed the following Monday or the next business day if it’s a holiday. Our shipping terms and conditions are as follows:
- FREE SHIPPING on orders of $30 or more (after discounts, before tax). Standard shipping (estimated 3-5 business days).
– For orders under $30 in the Continental US: $6.95 Shipping Fee. Standard shipping (estimated 3-5 business days)
– For orders under $50 in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico: $8.95 Shipping Fee. Standard shipping (estimated 3-5 business days)

Full refund on an unused and unopened product within 14 days of the date of purchase. It must be in the original packaging.
No refund for an opened product within 14 days of the date of purchase.
Any defective or damaged products will be replaced or refunded.

We will make every effort to cancel and/or change your order. Unfortunately, once the order has shipped, there’s nothing we can do. You will have to follow our return process at that point.
